- Fundamental Equality and the Essence of Gender Equality, Historical Aspects of the Struggle for Women's Rights, Women's Rights and Key Challenges in Georgia;
- International legal acts in the field of protection of women's rights and gender equality;
- Georgia's domestic legal mechanisms, legislative / institutional framework to protect women's rights and ensure gender equality;
- Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Georgia on issues of discrimination on the grounds of gender;
