Registration deadline for the mobility is from August 16, 2021 - August 30 at 18:00.

Deadlines for administering the mobility process:
- Registration of applicants (Receipt of Documents) – 7-13 September, 2021;
- Recognition commissions work and preparing conclusions – 8-14 September, 2021;
- Informing student about accredited credits and receiving confirmation of their approval or rejection in a written form – 9-15 September, 2021;
- Submission of relevant information by deans and recognition commissions to prepare a draft enrollment order – 15 September, 2021;
- Prepare and submit a draft enrollment order in the management system - No later than September 17, 2021;
List of documents to be submitted:
- Application (in the given form);
- Student’s card (in the given form);
- Copy of a document certifying full general / higher education;
- Copy of ID card / passport;
- Copy of the military registration certificate (for men);
- Copy or extract of all legal acts determining student status; (certified by the higher education institution such as: enrollment order, status suspension, resumption, etc.)
- Copy or extract of a student’s study card certified by a higher education institution;
- Copy of the document confirming the recognition of education received in a foreign country (if any);
Documentation can be submitted both physically in Room 103 of the University Building I (Monday-Friday from 11:00 to 17:00) as well as electronically, by e-mail. Email: sastsavlo@sangu.edu.ge
Note that in case of electronic submission of documentation, it is necessary to send a scanned electronic version of all required documents.
