Professional representatives of the field are involved in the successful management of the program. One of the program leaders is Prof. Tea Gogotishvili, a Genstalt Therapist accredited in Europe.

- Ms. Tea, what special talents and skills are needed to be successful in this field?
- Every person has a special talent that is manifested in the relevant skills. Any skill can be developed and produced. The main thing is interest, diligence and high motivation. In psychology, the interest in studying, understanding and accessing the nature of human, his psyche and the specifics of the organism is the starting point, but if the student is not diligent, hardworking, fond of studying and working on a book, he/she will not become a specialist.

In our master's program, students will study modern advances in social and set psychology, develop skills to apply the acquired knowledge in practical activities and research directions. Particular emphasis is placed on mastering the psychological regularities of set, the specifics of social-psychological influence, on the successful use and realization of human resources in different directions. Our program alumni work successfully and make good use of the knowledge gained in their workplaces.
- In your opinion, what is the necessary feature that a psychologist in all fields in general must have in order to become a good specialist?
To become a specialist in any field of psychology, in my opinion, first of all, you need a human’s love and strong desire to understand his inner world, interest in gaining in-depth knowledge, striving for more understanding and cognition, love of book work, diligence and diligence, thirst for information and understanding Activity in learning.
- Thank you, good luck.
