Meeting was organized by the Employment and Career Development Service of the Georgian University and it was led by Nino Beruashvili, Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer and Coach, Head of the Human Resources Management Department of the National Bank of Georgia.
The trainer explained the importance of coaching to SANGU students and shared the knowledge and experience she has gained as a result of 15 years of work in the field of human resource management and training at various leading organizations.
