SANGU Delegation Joins the Opening of NKU’s Premier Cybersecurity Symposium – Cyber18

We are proud to share that Prof. Archil Kanchaveli, Vice-Rector of Saint Andrew the First-Called Georgian University (SANGU), together with Luka Kurdgelia, Advisor to the Rector, and Prof. Giorgi Basiladze, Head of Computer Science Educational Programs and Cybersecurity Master’s Program, joined our 20 students of the SANGU–NKU Dual Degree Master’s Program in Cybersecurity in attending the opening session of the 18th Annual Cybersecurity Symposium (Cyber18) at Northern Kentucky University (NKU), USA — one of the most anticipated events in the field of cybersecurity and technological innovation.

The symposium brings together a dynamic community of experts, researchers, and practitioners from across the United States to explore the latest developments in cybersecurity, digital resilience, and technological advancement.

The SANGU delegation proudly represents the university and its successful partnership with NKU, demonstrating the growing impact of Georgian academia and practice in the global cybersecurity arena. Students are actively engaging with international professionals, exploring emerging trends, and preparing to showcase their own research and insights in the coming days.

Stay tuned for more updates as our students participate in panels, discussions, and presentations throughout the symposium.
