Internship Opportunity for Students and Graduates
St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia announces an internship opportunity for university students and graduates at the Office of Records Management and Human Resources.

Preference will be given to final-year students and graduates of the university.
Selected candidates, after resume review, will be invited for an interview. The selection of successful candidates will be completed no later than May 30, 2026.
Main duties and responsibilities of the intern:
- Providing students and employees with necessary information and consultation within the scope of competence;
- Recording and preparing personal files of dismissed employees for archiving;
- Recording and processing letters and orders in accordance with established procedures, if necessary;
- Preparing and registering certificates;
- Placing contracts in personal files;
- Answering phone calls;
- Assisting the supervisor with organizational and other matters related to the functions of the office;
Qualification requirements for applicants:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, master’s degree holder, or final-year student;
The applicant should have the following skills:
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt to different situations;
- Ability to define priorities properly;
- Teamwork skills.
The applicant should be:
- Development-oriented;
- Responsible;
- Able to write clearly and correctly;
- Knowledge of computer programs is required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
