SANGU Students Participated in an Erasmus+ Training Course in Austria

From May 31 to June 6, 2026, SANGU students participated in the Erasmus+ youth training course “MARKER: Designing the Future of Youth Work”, held in Innsbruck, Austria.

The project aimed to support the professional and personal development of individuals involved in the youth sector, promote the exchange of approaches addressing contemporary challenges, and contribute to the improvement of youth project quality. Particular attention was given to sustainable development, digital transformation, and inclusion, which are among the key priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme.

The participants from SANGU were Temur Shekylashvili, Mari Bolkvadze, and Ioane Meskhi.

Based on non-formal education methods, the training enabled participants to deepen their knowledge of Erasmus+ project planning and implementation, explore contemporary approaches to youth work, learn about digital and green transitions, and discuss opportunities for integrating inclusive practices into youth projects.

Throughout the programme, participants engaged in practical workshops, project development laboratories, partnership-building activities, and the exchange of international experiences. The training provided valuable opportunities to strengthen professional competencies, expand international networks, and gain experience working in a multicultural environment.

SANGU actively supports student international mobility and participation in Erasmus+ programmes, offering students additional opportunities for professional, academic, and personal development.
