"სამოქალაქო განათლების ცენტრის" თავმჯდომარემ ბაქარ მაცაბერიძემ ჩაატარა საჯარო ლექცია „ქვეყნის შიგნით ადგილნაცვალ პირთა სამართლებრივი დაცვის ხელის შემშლელი ფაქტორი".

2019 წლის, 5 დეკემბერს სამართლის საბაკალავრო საგანმანათლებლო პროგრამის სტუდენტებისათვის ა(ა)იპ - "სამოქალაქო განათლების ცენტრის" თავმჯდომარემ ბაქარ მაცაბერიძემ ჩაატარა საჯარო ლექცია „ქვეყნის შიგნით ადგილნაცვალ პირთა სამართლებრივი დაცვის ხელის შემშლელი ფაქტორი". ლექციის ფარგლებში მიმოხილულ იქნა ქვეყნის შიგნით ადგილნაცვალ პირთა სამართლებრივი დაცვის პრაქტიკული ასპექტები, საკანონმდებლო და ინსტიტუციური პრობლემები. ლექციის ბოლოს სტუმარმა სტუდენტების შეკითხვებს უპასუხა.
