On October 9, 2025, Saint Andrews Georgian University hosted a consultative meeting on the intra-university multidisciplinary grant competition. The meeting was intended for the university’s academic and research staff and students.
During the meeting, participants received detailed information about the rules and conditions of the ongoing intra-university multidisciplinary grant competitions (the Young Researcher Support Grant Competition and the Research Projects Grant Competition). These competitions aim to support the development and promotion of research activities among academic and research staff and students, improve the quality of research, and encourage research initiatives at the university.
In addition, staff and students were given a questionnaire designed to identify their needs and interests in supporting scientific-research activities. Based on the collected data, the university will plan activities tailored to internal needs.
The event marks another step by Saint Andrews Georgian University toward creating a high-quality research environment and supporting broad engagement in scientific processes.
